MoldZyme™ - Mold & Mildew Stain Cleaner is a multi-enzymatic product specifically formulated for the cleaning of mold & mildew stains and removal of related odor.

Applications:  Bathrooms, Showers, Bath Houses, Boats, Basements, Crawl Spaces, Kitchens, Ducts, Vents, Walls, Floors, Ceilings, Roofs, Patios, Patio Furniture, Decks, Sidewalks, Driveways, Horse Saddles, Rail Cars, Tanker Trucks, Silos, Manufacturing Facilities, Processing Equipment, and any surface that is washable with water.

Surfaces:  Concrete, Cinder Blocks, Bricks, Stone, Aluminum Siding, Vinyl Siding, Ceramic Tiles, Wood, Wall board, Sheet Rock, Plastic, Leather, and more.

Advantages:

• Effectively cleans mold and mildew stains on any surface that is washable with water.  Not recommended for use on silk, linen, antiques, or collectibles.  Note: Some severe stains may be permanent and irremovable, especially on certain porous surfaces.

• Eliminates unpleasant odors.

• U.S.D.A. classified as an L2 Category product that is safe for sewage lines and drains.

• Ingredients are Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) according to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR21), Sections 174-184.

• Leaves an anti-magnetic finish to inhibit dust and grime build-up.

• Non-flammable - can be used safely near open flames and in limited ventilation areas.

Directions:  MoldZyme™ - Mold & Mildew Stain Cleaner can be used on any surface that is washable with water.  Compatible with most commercial cleaning systems (pressurized, mechanical, manual) and with fresh or saline water.  Optimal water temperature is 90ºF (32ºC), however a range from 65-120ºF or 18 - 49ºC can be used effectively.

Apply MoldZyme™ - Mold & Mildew Stain Cleaner to affected area and wash away mold and mildew stains with sponge, cloth, or brush.  Repeat applications periodically as needed.  For severe stains apply solution and let stand before scrubbing.  Scrub discolored grout with a brush.

MoldZyme™ Mold & Mildew Stain Cleaner, Concentrate dilutes 100:1 with water, e.g. 1 oz. of concentrate will make 100 oz. of ready-to-use product.

Washing Machines:  Fill empty washing machine tank with cold water.  Add 1 oz. of concentrate to 7-10 gal. of washing machine tank water.  Mix well.  Add clothes.  Run normal washing machine cycle.  Note: Check in hidden area for colorfastness prior to laundry.  Fabrics must be laundered in cold water only.  Optimal water temperature is 90ºF (32ºC), however a range from 65-120ºF or 18 - 49ºC can be used effectively.

*Do not freeze.  Do not use in temperatures in excess of 130ºF.

Do not mix this chemical with other chemicals.  Do not mix with or use in combination with chlorine bleach.
